Typically, regular meetings are held at Scandia Town Hall, 14727 209th St N., starting at 6:30 p.m..  Until further notice these meetings will be held by Zoom web meetings starting at 6:30 p.m..  


CMSCWD is following the guidance of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Minnesota Department of Health to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and protect the health and safety of its stakeholders and staff.

As of Monday, March 16, 2020, public access to watershed facilities will be closed to the public. District staff are being encouraged to work remotely and will remain available by phone and email.

As of Tuesday, March 31, 2020 the CMSCWD Board President has made a declaration regarding necessity to conduct meetings by telephone or other electronic means.  The declaration can be found here
