Notice is hereby given that there will be Special Gathering of the CMSCWD Watershed District board of managers for the East Metro Water Resource Education Program’s 20th Anniversary Event on September 29, 2026 from 5-7pm at Rustic Roots, 20168 St Croix Trail N, Scandia, MN 55073. 

There may be a quorum of managers at this event; however, no official business will be conducted.
